What You’re Getting Into
Accounting for taste is a living collection of the passions of chef, writer, muscian, and all around lover of life.
We all find that the things that please us are seldom the objects of our time. We rarely let these dreams consume us and thus we spend most days living lives of quiet desperation. As members of a species capable of greatness, we must not forget to stop and look. Smell and touch, taste and listen to the sounds and music of our lives.
Your obligation is to your state of awareness. Awarness of self, surroundings and commitments. Oblige yourself to take the time you need to suck the marrow out of life’s bones, to squeeze every drop of water from the sponge.
Enjoy it all.
Ciao

Endive right in? Squid pro quo? Bravissimo, paisano! Although, what would you call last Saturday’s creation? Slamb dunk? I’m here all week. Try the veal.

Aaron. What a fantastic site. There are creative outlets, but this is something that has so much potential to develop into a community of passionate people who are aware of the little details, and more importantly can share them with each other. A score for you. And for me.
